These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PayNexa, including the PayNexa Discord bot, website, and related services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use PayNexa only in compliance with Discord's rules, applicable law, and the rules of your own server. You are responsible for configuring your server, roles, channels, products, payment instructions, and staff permissions appropriately.

2. Discord and Third-Party Services

PayNexa operates within or alongside Discord and may integrate with third-party payment or hosting services. Third-party services have their own terms and policies. PayNexa is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures of third-party services.

3. Orders and Payments

PayNexa can facilitate an order workflow, but the store operator remains responsible for the products offered, prices, payment instructions, refunds, delivery, and customer support. A payment status shown by PayNexa should be treated according to the configured payment provider and verification process.

4. Digital Products and Fulfillment

Server owners and sellers are responsible for ensuring that products and services they sell are lawful and accurately described. PayNexa does not guarantee the quality, legality, availability, or ownership of products sold by independent server operators.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation rules are determined by the individual seller or server operator unless a separate written policy applies. Users should review the seller's stated refund policy before completing a purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use PayNexa to facilitate fraud, scams, unauthorized transactions, impersonation, malware distribution, illegal goods or services, harassment, or other unlawful activity. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users or the Service.

7. Availability

The Service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, outages, or circumstances outside our control. No uninterrupted or error-free availability is guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property

PayNexa branding, website content, software, and original materials remain the property of their respective owners unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or redistribute proprietary materials without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PayNexa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, including losses caused by third-party platforms, seller conduct, payment issues, or service interruptions.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated as PayNexa develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
